How do I cancel an order?You have 30 days to change your mind about an item from the time you receive it. If your order hasn’t been confirmed yet — indicated by the “Ordered” status — go to your FarTecs account > “Ask for Help” > “Cancel my order”. If your order is confirmed and has a “Preparing your order” or “Shipped” status, you’ll need to wait until you receive the package. Then, log in to your account > “Orders” > “Ask for help” > select the reason for your return. Learn more about returns

How can I get a refundYou can get a refund by returning your undamaged item within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, go to your FarTecs account, select “Ask for help”, and follow the steps. You’ll be able to choose a repair, replacement, or refund. Learn more about requesting a refund

How can I ask for a repairMost repairs are covered by the warranty you automatically receive with each item purchased. Note the length of the warranty depends on your country, but they start at a minimum of 1 month. Also, there are a few rare exceptions that render the warranty invalid. To ask for a repair, go to your FarTecs account and select “Ask for help” next to the relevant order and follow the steps. Learn more about returns

Reset your password using this link — just enter the email address you used to create your account, and we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password. I can’t log in using Facebook anymore We have removed the option of logging in to Back Market with Facebook. If this was your way of logging in before, and you never created a Back Market account that had a password, you’ll need to create a brand-new one. Use the reset password link here and enter the email address tied to your Facebook account. We’ll send you an email with a link to create your new password.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
