How can I cancel my order?You have 30 days to change your mind from the time you receive an item. If your order hasn’t been confirmed yet (status: “Ordered”), go to your FarTecs account > “Ask for Help” > “Cancel my order”. If your order is confirmed (status: “Preparing your order” or “Shipped”), wait until you receive the package. How do I get a refund?Return your undamaged item within 7 days of delivery to get a refund. Go to your FarTecs account, select “Ask for help,” and follow the steps. Choose between a repair, replacement, or refund. Learn more about requesting a refund.

How do I request a repair?Most repairs are covered by the warranty you get with each purchase. The warranty length depends on your country, starting at a minimum of 1 month. Some rare exceptions may invalidate the warranty. To request a repair, go to your FarTecs account, select “Ask for help” next to the relevant order, and follow the steps. Learn more about returns.

How do I access my account?Can't log in? No worries! Reset your password using this link. Enter the email you used to create your account, and we’ll send you a reset link. Can't log in with Facebook anymore? We've removed that option. If you used Facebook to log in before and never created a password, create a new account. Use the reset password link and enter the email tied to your Facebook account. We’ll send you a link to create a new password.

How do I add media to my FAQ?Yes, you can add images, videos, or GIFs. Follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor. 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one. 3. From the answer text box, click on the video, image, or GIF icon. 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
